Sampdoria (11-8-13) can harbour hopes of a top half finish, which looked very unlikely earlier in the season. Coach Mijhalovic has done an excellent job, and recent form is good with four wins in the last seven, though they did lose at Lazio last week in a rare poor performance. Inter (12-14-6) managed to squander a lead for the second game in a row, and with no wins in four unrest is beginning to surface once again. Still in fifth and a Europa slot you cannot help feeling they could have achieved much more this season, and their fourteen draws is comfortably the highest in the league. Gastaldello(def) and Gabbiadini(str) are injured for Sampdoria, with Juan Jesus(def) absent for Inter.

The draw at 3.30(23/10)Bet365 is too big a price and begging to be backed. Sampdoria have made home a fortress since the arrival of Mijhalovic with just one loss in nine. That loss came at the hands of the other Milan club, and they will be hopeful of at least getting something out of this game. Inter have drawn their last three, though they ought to have won the last two, blowing leads on both occasions. This is arguably a tougher test than their last three, and this time I think a draw would be seen as an acceptable result. One thing is for sure, the odds of 3.30 are very acceptable indeed.
