BESIKTAS V FENERBAHCE: PREDICTIONS AND BETTING TIPS 1x2

A big Istanbul derby encounter here as second placed Besiktas(15-9-5) play host to runaway leaders Fenerbahce(21-3-5). Besiktas have a real opportunity to put some daylight in second to Galatasaray, after they surprisingly lost at home on Saturday. As with all derby encounters rivalry here is intense, though the advantage Besiktas have is that Fenerbahce have all but wrapped up the title, so the foot may not be on the gas so much for them. Besiktas  have won three, drawn two and lost one of their last six, so form is good coming into the big game. Fenerbahce have won six of the last seven, and will be deserving Champions, though the only loss in that spell came away at the other Istanbul rivals Galatasaray, and a similar task awaits them here. Besiktas can also take heart from the fact that they have won the last two meetings of the sides played at home, and know a win today will be a giant step to sealing that second Champions league spot for them. Fernandes(mid) is out injured for Besiktas and Webo(str) is out for Fener.

Besiktas at 2.38(11/8)Bet365 can get a massive three points as well as securing bragging rights over their Istanbul neighbours. The league is won for Fenerbahce, but don’t expect them to do Besiktas any favours here, and Bilic’s men will have to work for the three points for sure.
