The English Premier League is back!
The waiting time is finally over, as the English Premier league season starts again this weekend. All the big teams are in action over the coming days, and we have football predictions out on all ten matches. Saturday Premier League matches
Title favourite Chelsea is starting the season at home against Swansea, a match we believe they should win and are recommending an Asian handicap bet on Chelsea -1.25.
The biggest match of the day is without a doubt Manchester United at home to Tottenham. Man United are expected to finish in the top 4 by most bookies, while Tottenham will be hard pressed to make it any better than sixth place. If you disagree and believe any of the two teams has a shot at the title, you can get 11/2 (6.5) with Coral on Man United to win, while Ladbrokes is offering 150/1 on Tottenham taking the league title. When it comes to the Saturday match, we have a prediction out for a bet on Man United -1.
Other Saturday matches we have predictions on are Norwich v Crystal Palace, Leicester v Sunderland, Bournemouth v Aston Villa, and also Everton v Watford. Make sure you check these predictions as well, and remember that most bookmakers offer a welcome bonus you can take advantage of when betting!
Sunday Premier League matches
On Sunday there are three very interesting matches. Arsenal is taking on West Ham in a London derby, we expect the Hammers to get hammered here and recommend a bet on Arsenal -1.5. Arsenal is expected to fight in the top of the league this season also, and has had a pretty good pre-season form. If you fancy Arsenal for the title, take 4/1 (5.0) with PaddyPower.
Another match is Newcastle v Southampton, this looks like a pretty balanced match up and we are recommending a bet on the draw.
The last match on Sunday is between Stoke and Liverpool, and our prediction is for both teams to score. Stoke is expected to finish around the middle of the table, but at home they are tough to play against as Liverpool noticed with a whopping 6-1 loss in last match of last season. We believe Liverpool will take a fifth place this season, and odds-wise there is a big gap between the top four teams and Liverpool. Monday Premier league match
The Monday evening match will see Manchester City travelling to West Bromwich. We believe Man City will be too strong and our recommendation is for an Asian handicap bet on Man City -0.75. Manchester City is by many considered to be the main challenger to Chelsea for the title, if you fancy a bet on them you can get 3/1 with William Hill.
